Q.) What areas are serviced by CarServiceBids.com?
A.) Today, CarServiceBids.com operates in the Greater Hampton Roads region of Virginia. We expect to expand our operational area significantly in the very near future.

Q.) When can I submit a bid to CarServiceBids.com?
A.) Bids may be submitted at any time; however, bids will only be processed during the hours of 8:00 AM through 8:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Sunday.

Q.) How does bid processing work?
A.) Many offers will be processed and accepted in a matter of minutes; some may take up to 1 hour, so please be patient. You will be notified by email when your bid offer is processed. If your offer is not accepted, you will have an opportunity to counter-bid.

Once your offer is accepted, CarServiceBids.com will contact you by email with the information needed to set up an appointment with the accepting service center.

Q.) What if the service I requested is not the fix for my vehicle?
A.) The CarServiceBids.com Service Center will notify you about any discrepancy between the requested service and any required service once your vehicle has been inspected at the Service Center. You will be offered the appropriate service or repair at the same scale (same level of parts and labor) that was used to calculate your accepted offer.

Q.) What if my vehicle requires additional work?
A.) Again, our goal at CarServiceBids.com is to provide the best quality of service at the lowest possible price. The CarServiceBids.com Service Center will inspect your vehicle once it arrives at the selected facility. Our goal is NOT to try to up-sell you services that you do not need. Our goal is to ensure that your vehicle is safe, and operating correctly. You will be offered the appropriate service or repair at the same scale (same level of parts and labor) that was used to calculate your accepted offer.

Q.) What if I encounter problems or have a dispute with the repair facility?
A.) CarServiceBids.com is very selective about the Service Centers that we choose to be a part of our network. A major component of our selection criteria is based upon the way that CarServiceBids.com member Service Centers have historically treated their customers, and how well their Customer Service and Problem Resolution processes work.

Q.) Where and when do I pay?
A.) Payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon service(s). You will pay at the Service Center where your service was performed.
